Bun the fat on your thighs

A fat thigh is quite embarrassing. It simply means no short skirts. The better option is to take measures to turn those non-attractive thighs into attractive ones. It is not an impossible task if you follow a proper diet and do a few exercises daily. If you look on the internet you will come across a number of exercises. Now the confusion is which one to choose that would be most affective for your thighs. The simplest and an affective exercise is stair climbing for which you do not even need to spare time. Avoid elevators and use the stairs. Besides the thighs it will also be beneficial for your complete body. Next exercise can be jogging. It burns a lot of calories and reduces the ft from the body. Begin jogging for 10 minutes and then increase the duration to 30 minutes slowly as days pass and the stamina of your legs increases. Oxygen flow is increased with this exercise which increases the metabolic rate and ultimately helps you in losing thigh fat. How about cycling to your college or the market? Time-consuming and tiring but the one of the best ways to shed the fat stored on your thighs. Besides these, squats, leg extensions, leg lifts and lunges are some off the exercises meant for the legs specifically. Doing them after jogging in the morning will not only reduce the fat from your thighs but also tone them such that your legs look sleek and in shape and you can fulfill your dreams of wearing skirts and short dresses.
